This opportunity is well-suited for short-term exhibitions, special projects, or performances. We are especially interested in collaborating with nomadic curatorial initiatives, galleries based outside New York City, and local galleries in need of a temporary satellite space.

About the Space

• Location: Basement of 154 East Broadway, with access via a sidewalk stairwell

• Size: Approximately 450 sq. ft.

• Current Availability: January 2027 onward

• Terms: Flexible

• Rental Fee: $1,800/month for commercial galleries. A sliding scale of $1,200–$1,800/month is available for smaller or emerging projects.

We are open to structuring agreements that are mutually beneficial, including both short- and longer-term arrangements for the right project.
